• Ensuring exceptional guest service is offered by the team
• Running general restaurant operations
• Interviewing, coaching/training staff members
• Building and driving sales
• Must be able to execute systems and standards
• General restaurant administration duties

Job Requirements:

• 5 or more years of management experience
• Previous responsibility for financial performance and ability to read financial statements
• Proven ability to drive sales through creative marketing efforts
• Excellent planning, organizational and follow-up skills
• Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills, with great attention to details
• Experience with high-volume sales
