About Olympus Olympus is an HR and compliance platform for healthcare employers such as assisted living, home health and hospice providers. Companies use it to hire, onboard and manage their staff. That covers applications and offers, employee documents and certifications, forms, training and scheduling, on the web and on mobile.

What you’ll do

Build features across the whole stack in one TypeScript codebase, from the database to the screen:

• Frontend: React, Material UI, Redux Toolkit and TanStack Query, built with Vite
• Backend: Node.js, Express, tRPC and Zod, with MySQL through Prisma and Knex
• Mobile: iOS and Android apps built with Capacitor
• Integrations: Stripe, AWS S3, Twilio, Mailgun and Firebase
• Testing: Vitest and Playwright, run in GitHub Actions

Required

• At least 3 years of professional development experience
• Strong TypeScript and React skills
• Experience building Node.js APIs and working with SQL databases
• Comfortable writing tests and working in a CI/code-review workflow
• Good security habits around confidential employee records: access control, secure file handling

Nice to have

• Experience with tRPC, Prisma, MUI or Capacitor
• Experience with Stripe or AWS
• Background in HR, applicant tracking or compliance software

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
