Job Description:

• Post payments to customer accounts
• Processes adjustments as necessary
• Maintains all A/R checks and files
• Coordinates with divisional credit managers to service customer accounts
• Researches customer accounts and payments
• Identifies outstanding debt and contacts customers to inquire about overdue payments
• Reduced delinquency on customer accounts
• Investigates data for each debt
• Communicates with sales and quality to clear up specifics on accounts
• Establishes and maintains effective and cooperative relationships with customers
• Knowledge of A/P and A/R
• Skilled at multi-tasking and communication skills
• Ability to effectively and efficiently collect, consolidate, extract, and summarize data from multiple locations
