Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications) Must submit a cover letter and portfolio showcasing packaging and branding work to [email protected] *Relocation assistance is not available for this position About the Role We're looking for a highly creative Graphic & Packaging Designer to join our team and design packaging, product graphics, and marketing materials that strengthen the Olivia Garden brand and support new product launches.

Key Responsibilities: ● Design packaging for new products and line e xtensions ● Create production-ready artwork for packaging, hangtags, displays, inserts, and product literature ● Design graphics and packaging for seasonal collections and limited-edition products ● Develop catalog pages, sales sheets, and other product support materials ● Create retail display graphics and trade show materials ● Develop digital product assets for web, e-commerce, and social media ● Prepare accurate print-ready files for production, mostly overseas ● Maintain consistency with Olivia Garden brand standards across all artwork ● Organize and manage artwork revisions, file archives, and design assets ● Review and approve artwork files, packaging samples, and mockups to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with brand standards prior to production. ● Collaborate with the Product Development team throughout the product development process ● Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment We're Looking For Someone Who ● Has outstanding typography, layout, and compositi on skills ● Has a strong eye for color, texture, finishes, and premium design ● Can take creative direction and execute it at a high level ● Is organized and detail-oriented ● Thrives in a fast-paced environment ● Can manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality ● Enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams ● Takes pride in producing polished, production-ready work Required Qualifications ● 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, including significant packaging design experience ● Exceptional portfolio showcasing packaging and branding work ● Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. ● Strong understanding of print production and packaging artwork ● Experience preparing production-ready files ● Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field ● Experience in beauty, cosmetics, personal care, fashion, or consumer products ● Experience designing premium retail packaging ● Experience using AI creative tools to enhance and accelerate design workflows ● Experience creating product renderings using KeyShot Studio or similar rendering software ● Familiarity with Dropbox, Slack, Asana, and Google Workspace What We Offer ● Competitive salary with room to grow ● Opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the visual direction of a global brand ● Collaborative, creative team environment ● Professional growth and leadership opportunities
