About OG Marketing:

OG Marketing is a creative agency based in Edinburg, TX, offering full-service media solutions including photography, social media content, podcast production, and video marketing. We bring ideas to life for local businesses and creatives across the RGV.

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, enjoys creating content, and can confidently manage social media accounts for multiple brands.

What You’ll Do:

• You’ll work side by side with our creative team and contribute to real projects
• Create content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (reels, short-form videos, graphics, etc.)
• Help brainstorm and schedule social media campaigns
• Assist with photoshoots and video shoots
• Edit content using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
• Help promote content for OGMarketing
• Research trends and engagement strategies
• Join team meetings and bring fresh ideas to the table

Qualifications:

• Experience managing social media accounts, either professionally or personally
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media trends
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for branding and visual content
• Organized and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a creative team
• Familiarity with Canva and social media scheduling platforms is a plus
• Photography, videography, or graphic design experience is a plus
