Dependency Attorney, Office of Regional Counsel

The Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, 5th District (RC5), is seeking a full time dependency attorney in our Melbourne, Brevard County Office. This is an entry level position defending parents accused of abuse, abandonment, or neglect, as well as, guardianship, and Marchman Act cases.

This is a perfect job for a new attorney who wants to get into court and litigate while living near the beach Experience preferred, but not required. Must be a member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
