Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our pediatric outpatient clinic team.
As an OT at Odyssey, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children while working alongside a collaborative, interdisciplinary pediatric therapy team. You will provide individualized, family-centered occupational therapy services designed to help children develop the skills they need to participate more fully and independently in everyday life.
Our team works together to support children across their developmental needs, with opportunities to collaborate closely with SLPs, PTs, families, and other professionals.
Caseload & Schedule Expectations
We believe in sustainable caseloads that allow clinicians to provide excellent care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
- Typical full-time caseload: ~26 children per week
- 60-minute treatment sessions
- Flexible scheduling with 4- or 5-day workweek options
- Part-time caseload options may also be considered
- Built-in documentation time included and paid by the company
- Collaborative support from the OT team and broader interdisciplinary therapy team
- Focus on quality of care and meaningful outcomes—not simply maximizing productivity
Compensation Structure
We believe your time, expertise, and clinical skills should be valued.
- $35–$45/hour, depending on experience
- Bonus and productivity incentive opportunities
- Pay for cancellations and no-shows
- Paid documentation time
- Continuing education and professional development opportunities
Career Growth Path
At Odyssey, we want to create opportunities for clinicians to grow—not just increase their caseload.
Potential career paths include:
- Specialization opportunities, such as feeding therapy, sensory integration, developmental therapy, handwriting, early intervention, or other areas of interest
- Opportunities to develop advanced clinical skills and areas of expertise
- Leadership and program development opportunities
- Opportunities to help create and develop new therapy programs within Odyssey
- Future opportunities to help start or manage a new clinic location
- Opportunity for Member-Ownership after 3 years, provided established performance and organizational criteria are met
We want our clinicians to grow with us and have the opportunity to build a long-term career at Odyssey.
