About this role

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and highly driven Technical Project Manager to join ODDITY's global technology organization. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of Technology, Product, Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, and DevOps.

You will lead complex technical initiatives across ODDITY's portfolio of brands, working closely with Engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external technology partners. This is a highly hands-on role with broad and evolving responsibilities.

On any given day, you might be leading a third-party system integration, coordinating a new technology launch, solving an operational challenge, or driving multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for builders and problem solvers, not just project coordinators.

Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can take a high-level objective, quickly develop expertise in unfamiliar areas, build an actionable plan, and independently drive execution. You will have significant autonomy, exposure to different areas of the business, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on ODDITY's technology and operations.

Technical Project Management

Own and drive multiple technical projects simultaneously, from requirements gathering and planning through development, testing, and production launch. Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements, actionable plans, and measurable deliverables. Work closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, CX, and DevOps teams to align priorities and ensure successful execution.

Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, driving solutions to keep projects on track. Manage shifting priorities and parallel workstreams while maintaining a high standard of execution.

Technical Integrations & Systems

Lead end-to-end integrations with external vendors, technology platforms, and third-party service providers. Collaborate with Engineering teams on APIs, databases, system architecture, and technical requirements. Coordinate integration testing, UAT, production deployments, and issue resolution.

Quickly develop an understanding of unfamiliar technologies and business systems to identify opportunities for improvement and automation. Cross-Functional Execution Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, accountability, and effective communication. Take ownership of high-priority business and technology challenges, developing solutions and driving them through execution.

Leverage project management tools, data, analytics, and AI to track progress, identify risks, and improve operational efficiency. Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership to deliver business-critical initiatives.
