Oakwood Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, an independently owned nursing home in NE Philadelphia, PA is looking to hire a Full Time RN 3-11 and 11-7 to join our team. Qualifications:

• Valid PA RN license.
• Ability to work rotating weekend shifts.
• Previous experience as an RN or LPN in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.

Description:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing medical equipment.
• Assess and evaluate resident needs.
• Document accurate and thorough medical records.
• Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the healthcare team to provide updates, address concerns, and coordinate care.
