  • Provide medical weight management consultations, treatment planning, and longitudinal patient monitoring.
  • Evaluate appropriate peptide-based therapies within applicable clinical, prescribing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and interpret laboratory findings, order appropriate diagnostic testing, and establish follow-up protocols.
  • Assess and manage appropriate hair restoration treatments, including minoxidil and related therapies.
  • Collaborate with aesthetic providers to identify opportunities for comprehensive, coordinated patient care.
  • Help develop clinical workflows, patient education materials, treatment protocols, and wellness programs.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, HIPAA compliance, and clinical safety standards.
  • Support patient retention, follow-up care, and responsible program growth.
  • Work closely with the Director of Operations and clinical leadership to advance the practice's wellness division.

Required Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted California NP or PA license.
  • Appropriate prescribing authority and clinical practice credentials.
  • Prior experience in hormone optimization, BHRT, and medical weight management.
  • Hands-on experience performing hormone pellet procedures strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of hormone delivery methods, including pellets, creams, and oral formulations.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory interpretation, patient monitoring, and individualized treatment planning.
  • Excellent clinical judgment, critical thinking, and patient communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other providers while taking initiative independently.
  • Professional, dependable, organized, and comfortable contributing to an evolving clinical environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Integrative, functional, longevity, or regenerative medicine.
  • Medical weight management and metabolic health.
  • Peptide-related clinical education and treatment evaluation.
  • Hair restoration and wellness therapies.
