Job Summary
Leads advanced analytical modeling and extracts actionable insight from complex enterprise datasets to support data-driven decision-making across enterprise initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

- Frame business problems as analytical problems; define hypotheses, metrics, and success criteria.
- Develop, validate, and operationalize statistical and machine learning models.
- Perform exploratory analysis, feature engineering, and model performance evaluation.
- Build dashboards and data narratives that translate model output into executive-ready insight.
- Partner with data architects and engineers to productionize models and monitor drift.
- Document methodology, assumptions, limitations, and responsible-use considerations.
Minimum Qualifications

- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum Experience: Five (5) to eight (8) years of analytics or data science experience, including model development through production deployment.
- Certifications — Required: None.
- Certifications — Obtainable After Hire: Cloud machine learning certification (AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty or Microsoft Certified Azure Data Scientist Associate), within 180 days of assignment.
- Certifications — Preferred: Databricks Certified Machine Learning Professional; SnowPro Advanced: Data Scientist; TensorFlow Developer Certificate.
- Required Skills: Machine learning modeling; Python and/or R; SQL; statistical analysis; data storytelling; dashboard development; model validation.
- Preferred Skills: MLOps and model monitoring; natural language processing; cloud ML platforms; generative AI and large language model application experience.

Python with pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow; R; SQL; Jupyter and Visual Studio Code; Databricks; Amazon SageMaker and Azure Machine Learning; MLflow experiment tracking and model registry; Apache Airflow; Snowflake and cloud data warehouses; Power BI and Tableau; LangChain and retrieval-augmented generation patterns; vector stores (Pinecone, pgvector, or OpenSearch).
