Summary – We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Financial Analyst to join our FP&A and treasury team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing valuable insights to help guide strategic decision-making processes.

The ideal candidate will have robust analytical skills, strong desire to learn, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams to support strategic financial planning and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, presentations, and dashboards to support tactical and strategic decision making.
• Assist with the preparation of short-, medium- and long-term forecasts including cash management and annual budgeting.
• Research and respond to questions posed by the operations and sales teams during monthly financial reviews.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with data analysis/visualization tools (e.g. Datarails, Tableau, etc.) a plus.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Availability to travel as needed. Travel approximately 10% of the time, concentrated around budget season.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
