Multi-Location Store Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operations across multiple store locations, ensuring consistency in service quality and operational standards
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales, improve profit margins, and enhance customer experience
• Analyze Excel-based data reports to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas needing improvement
• Manage profit & loss statements for each location, conducting financial analysis to optimize revenue streams and control costs
• Oversee business development initiatives to expand market presence and attract new customers
• Drive process improvements using lean management principles to streamline workflows and reduce waste
• Lead, motivate, and develop store teams through effective managerial communication, coaching, and training programs
• Collaborate with executive-level teams to align operational strategies with overall business objectives
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance
• Manage project timelines for new store openings or renovations ensuring timely execution within budget constraints
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in operational management and team development

Qualifications

• Proven management experience overseeing multiple retail locations or large teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong background in profit & loss analysis, financial management, and data-driven decision making
• Demonstrated expertise in Excel data analysis, project management, and strategic planning
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in team development, supervision, and executive-level communication
• Knowledge of operational management principles including lean management techniques and process improvement strategies
• Ability to manage complex projects while maintaining focus on customer service excellence
• Strong business acumen with experience in sales growth strategies and business development initiatives
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a multi-location setting

Pay: $40,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
