Northwoods RehabilitationNursing Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time leadership position combining unit management with Assistant Director of Nursing responsibilities. This opportunity offers a salary of $85,000-$95,000 per year in a small, home-like skilled nursing facility with a close-knit team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily nursing operations and resident care
• Support the Director of Nursing with clinical oversight and staff supervision
• Supervise and support RN, LPN, and CNA staff
• Oversee resident assessments, documentation, and care plan updates
• Monitor wound care, infection control, and EMAR compliance
• Investigate resident incidents and ensure appropriate follow-up
• Promote quality care and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Skilled nursing facility or long-term care experience required
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• MDS experience preferred
