Are you creative, organized, a social media wiz and passionate about connecting people with brands they love?

NorthView Family Dental is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help bring our brand to life, strengthen our community connections, and share the stories that make our practice special.

We're looking for someone who can balance creativity with organization. If you’re someone who loves developing engaging content but also enjoys managing projects, coordinating campaigns, and seeing ideas through to completion, this is the job for you!

What You'll Do

• Social Media & Content: Create, coordinate, and schedule engaging content across our social media platforms, including photography, short-form video, and graphics.
• Digital Marketing: Maintain website content, coordinate digital advertising efforts, and support online patient acquisition campaigns.
• Email Marketing: Develop and distribute patient newsletters, promotional campaigns, and practice communications.
• Brand & Design: Create marketing materials that maintain a consistent, professional, and recognizable NorthView brand.
• Community & Partnerships: Coordinate local sponsorships, influencer collaborations, referral relationships, and community initiatives.
• Campaign Coordination: Help execute marketing initiatives that introduce new services, encourage patient engagement, and support practice growth.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing results, organize reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in marketing, communications, social media, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency with Canva and social media management tools.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, website management (wordpress), and digital advertising.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• A proactive, resourceful personality with a willingness to learn.
• Someone who enjoys working with a team and can also independently move projects forward/self manage.

Experience in healthcare or dental marketing is ideal, but not required.
