About this role
Love ortho and post-surgical rehab but want more one on one time and a flexible schedule? A Plus Healthcare at Home is looking for PRN Physical Therapists to see home health patients in Park City and the surrounding area.
If you live in Salt Lake City, Sugar House, Millcreek, Holladay, Cottonwood Heights, Sandy, or Draper, Park City is about 30 to 45 minutes up I-80 and Parleys, and you can pick up visits around your outpatient or hospital schedule.
Our Park City caseload includes a lot of total joint, ACL, fracture, and spine patients who are active and motivated. You'll get to do real rehab in the home, without a stacked clinic schedule.

- Visits in Park City and surrounding areas
- Pay: negotiable based on experience
- $0.50/mile reimbursement

- Opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the territory grows
