Northeastern Appliance Service is a Factory Certified Service Provider and Premier Partner for Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances. We serve customers throughout the Hudson Valley, the Bronx, Brooklyn, and western Connecticut.

We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and resourceful Operations Manager to help improve efficiency, oversee daily operations, and support our continued growth.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, analyzing data, improving processes, and taking ownership. Candidates with backgrounds in business, logistics, data analytics, finance, or operations are encouraged to apply.

The probationary period allows us to evaluate each candidate's performance, work ethic, initiative, and overall fit for the position before determining readiness for the $25–$30 hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, scheduling, logistics, and resource planning.

* Analyze productivity, revenue, expenses, and profitability. * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. * Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. * Improve inventory management, workflows, and operational systems. * Develop reports and use data to support business decisions. * Work with leadership to implement improvements and ensure accountability. *

Who We're Looking For

Analytical, proactive, and solutions-oriented.

* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data. * Able to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently. * Interested in business operations, financial performance, and continuous improvement. *

A bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, logistics, or a related field is preferred. Excel, QuickBooks, and experience with reporting or financial analysis are pluses.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Location: Peekskill, NY 10566 — In person

Compensation: $25–$30/hour following successful completion of the probationary period. Initial compensation and probationary terms will be discussed during the hiring process.
