**Your Role:**

As a Physical Therapist at North Alabama Bone and Joint Clinic, you will deliver individualized care to help patients meet their rehabilitation goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• **Patient Assessments:** Conduct evaluations to gather data and create tailored treatment plans.
• **Treatment Planning \& Implementation:** Provide hands\-on physical therapy to improve strength, mobility, and function, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• **Patient Education:** Educate patients on exercises, home therapy regimens, and the use of assistive devices to facilitate recovery.
• **Collaboration:** Work closely with surgeons, PTAs, OTAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless, effective care plan.
• **Documentation:** Accurately document patient progress, treatment plans, and notes, adhering to clinic policies and standards.

**Qualifications:**

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist who meets the following criteria:

• **Education:** Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• **Licensure:** Active, unencumbered or ability to obtain Physical Therapist license in the State of Alabama.
• **Experience:** Orthopedic physical therapy experience is preferred, though recent graduates with a passion for rehabilitation are welcome.
• **Skills:**
• + Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

+ Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

+ Knowledge of physical therapy processes, regulations, and best practices.

+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Physical Requirements:**

• Frequent standing, walking, and bending.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
• Strong communication skills for patient and team interactions.
