Nordweg has made leather bags in the south of Brazil since 1993. Now we're bringing the brand to the US, from our office in Austin.

We're looking for a strategic media buyer who owns how well our ads sell: the angles, the campaign structure, the imagery and the message, tested every week until cost per purchase and ROAS are where they need to be.

You start with a big library of our photos, videos and creator content. About 80% of the job is deciding what to test and making the versions yourself with small edits. The other 20% is Ads Manager, budgets and reading results.

You might be the one if:

• You have 2 to 5 years running paid social for a direct-to-consumer brand or an agency.
• You've run Meta budgets yourself for a physical product, and you can explain what your tests did to cost per purchase and ROAS.
• You're comfortable making quick versions in Canva or CapCut. You don't need to be a pro editor.
• You write clear, natural US English, with taste for a premium brand: no hype, no fake urgency.
• You live in Austin, or will by your start date, and you can work in the US without sponsorship.
• You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, business or a related field.

Full-time W-2, in our Austin office. $60,000 to $70,000 base plus a quarterly bonus of up to $1,500. 15 days of PTO plus the main US holidays. We don't offer health insurance yet.

Start as soon as you can, ideally mid-November.

Please send us one test you ran (what you assumed, the versions you made, and what it did to cost per purchase) and 2 or 3 ads you built yourself.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
