IT Project Manager

Job Description:

The Project Manager will support the Data Analytics Portfolio team, focusing on improving Agile Release Train (ART) execution and ensuring effective project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, a solid understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies, and the ability to apply Agile principles within a hybrid delivery model.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives within the Data Analytics Portfolio.
• Support and improve Agile Release Train (ART) execution, ensuring Agile and SAFe practices are applied effectively.
• Manage projects using a hybrid delivery model, combining Agile principles with structured project schedules and governance rather than relying exclusively on traditional Waterfall or Kanban approaches.
• Partner with data analytics professionals to identify and evaluate use cases, determine resource requirements, and establish funding needs.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, resource capacity, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and priorities while maintaining delivery timelines and accountability.
• Engage stakeholders across teams to align priorities, manage expectations, and drive successful outcomes.
