· Lead or serve as a key design contributor on large, cross-functional initiatives with significant user and business impact.
· Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, Business, and other stakeholders to shape solutions, resolve ambiguity, and align on direction.
· Communicate design rationale and tradeoffs clearly and confidently, influencing decisions and advocating for user-centered solutions.
· Navigate competing priorities and difficult conversations with diplomacy, empathy, and candor, building alignment through critiques, reviews, and working sessions.
Impact, Ownership & Growth
· Deliver high-quality work independently and at a high velocity, adapting as requirements evolve.
· Contribute to processes, patterns, documentation, and product innovation that scale design quality and improve how teams work.
· Demonstrate accountability for outcomes, using feedback and iteration to continuously improve.
Skills
· Advanced UX and interaction design expertise, with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
· Strong systems thinking; able to design across workflows, products, and organizational boundaries.
