Job Duties]]

Design and implement comprehensive quality engineering strategies supporting largescale modernization and migration initiatives

Develop robust automation frameworks for API UI integration regression and endtoend testing

Validate migration outcomes to ensure functional equivalence between legacy WebSphere applications and modernized platforms

Create automated test suites utilizing Selenium Java API automation tools Postman TestNG and modern testing frameworks

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement shiftleft testing practices and continuous quality validation

Execute performance integration resiliency and security testing activities supporting enterprise release cycles

Drive defect triage sessions and perform root cause analysis of complex application issues

Support CICD integration automated quality gates and continuous testing pipelines

Participate in release certification production validation and postdeployment verification activities

Establish testing standards metrics quality dashboards and continuous improvement practices across the delivery team
