About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our commercial team in Doral - FL. This position is ideal for professionals who want to grow with the company and contribute to the expansion of our presence in international markets through consultative sales to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the North American and Canada.
• Conduct consultative sales in English, presenting security solutions.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, focusing on high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms strategically.
• Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports and sales forecasts

Essential Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written – mandatory requirement).
• Experience in sales, preferably in the electronic security, technology, or B2B services sectors.
• Strong knowledge of consultative sales and negotiation techniques.
• High capacity for communication, persuasion, and deal closing.
• Results-oriented profile with a focus on exceeding targets.
• Availability for on-site Doral - Florida.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of NetSuite / Oracle will be considered a plus.
