About this role

Full-time, in person | Four-day workweek | $60,000 annual base salary plus monthly performance bonus opportunities

New Braunfels & Spring Branch, TX

Next Level Orthodontics is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead marketing across our New Braunfels and Spring Branch offices. You’ll build relationships with local dental practices, schools, and community partners, run campaigns and events, manage Google Ads, and track what brings new patients to each location.

Social media is one part of the role. Our social media partner supports ongoing content, and you’ll fill gaps with organic posts that reflect what’s happening in our offices and communities.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead marketing strategy. Develop and execute an annual marketing plan for both locations, with clear goals, budgets, and timelines. Turn the plan into quarterly priorities and campaigns across digital, print, and community channels.
  • Build professional referral relationships. Visit general dentists, pediatric dentists, and other specialty practices. Maintain a regular outreach schedule and follow up with referral partners.
  • Lead community outreach and events. Coordinate school partnerships, sponsorships, community events, and practice promotions. Handle logistics, staffing coordination, and follow-up, and evaluate results.
  • Manage advertising and coordinate with vendors. Run Google Ads directly, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. Coordinate Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns with the agency that manages them. Work with our website partner on site updates, blog posts, and SEO.
  • Support content and local visibility. Coordinate with our social media partner and fill gaps with organic content from both offices, including photos, short videos, and timely posts. Coordinate email outreach, Google Business Profiles, review requests, and printed materials. Maintain consistent branding, protect patient privacy, and obtain appropriate permissions before sharing patient content.
  • Manage the budget and report results. Track spending, upcoming commitments, and campaign performance. Report inquiries, attended exams, treatment starts, referral sources, and marketing costs by location. Use the data to recommend where to adjust spending or activity.

Your First 90 Days

  • Complete a marketing audit covering both locations, including current campaigns, outreach, vendor activity, and reporting.
  • Present a quarterly marketing plan with priorities, timelines, budget needs, and measures of success for each location.
  • Build a referral outreach calendar and a local events calendar for both communities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience leading marketing campaigns or projects from planning through execution, with examples of your work.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and using performance data to evaluate and improve campaigns.
  • Strong writing and organization skills, with the ability to manage a budget and keep several projects moving across two locations.
  • Confidence building relationships with dental teams, schools, vendors, and community partners.
  • Ability to create organic content using photography, short-form video, and basic design tools such as Canva.
  • Reliable transportation for local outreach and events.

Dental experience is strongly preferred, and orthodontic experience is especially valued. Experience with referral outreach, community events, email marketing, SEO, or coordinating with paid social agencies is a plus.

Schedule & Reporting

  • Four days per week, typically Tuesday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a one-hour lunch. The usual schedule is three days in New Braunfels and one day in Spring Branch.
  • Some Saturdays are required for events or content gathering. A weekday is adjusted when Saturday work is scheduled to maintain the four-day workweek. Some approved events require evening availability.
  • This role reports to the Director of Operations and the orthodontist/owner. The Office Manager handles scheduling and payroll.
  • Meet with the Director of Operations and Orthodontist/Owner each Wednesday around midday to review marketing updates, discuss results, and agree on next steps. You’re welcome to bring lunch to the meeting or take your lunch break at another time that day.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $60,000 annual base salary.
  • Monthly performance bonuses calculated separately for each location, subject to the written bonus plan.
  • Paid time off, sick days, and paid holidays.
  • Medical and vision benefits and a 401(k) plan.
  • Free metal braces for the employee and orthodontic discounts for immediate family.
  • Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel, including referral visits, school outreach, events, and event-related errands. Regular commuting to either office is excluded.

How to Apply

Email your résumé and a brief cover letter to [email protected]. Include one example of a campaign, event, or outreach project you led. Briefly describe the goal, what you handled, and the results.
