Senior Product Manager
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager to translate sales enablement strategy into clear functional requirements, data definitions, prioritized backlogs, and actionable delivery increments. This role will work across business stakeholders, design, architecture, data, and technology teams to drive product decisions and deliver solutions aligned with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate product vision into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, release roadmap, PI planning, and delivery increments.
- Define functional data requirements and support the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud data model, including entities, relationships, hierarchies, entitlements, and data quality.
- Partner with business and data teams to establish signal taxonomy, prioritization, and freshness requirements for sales users.
- Collaborate with design and experience teams to validate functional requirements through prototyping and representative data.
- Bridge business, design, architecture, data, and engineering teams to resolve dependencies and drive decisions.
- Define measurable outcomes across product adoption, productivity, quality, and business value.
- Support Advisor and Institutional sales experiences within a regulated financial services environment.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of Product Management or Functional Product experience, preferably within Asset or Wealth Management.
- Strong understanding of asset management distribution and sales enablement, including lead management, Client 360, account hierarchies, engagement, pipeline, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including objects, workflows, permissions, and platform capabilities.
- Strong understanding of functional/logical data modeling, MDM, data quality, lineage, and entitlements.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments, including PI planning and functional acceptance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business, architecture, design, data, and engineering teams.
- Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360, Agentforce, AI/agentic solutions, or headless/composable architecture experience is a plus.
