Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to serve as a key liaison between Business, Production Management, and Development teams, supporting the stability and continuous improvement of Salesforce and Client Data Platform (CDP) solutions. This role combines product management, business analysis, production management, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on enterprise CRM and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day production management and operational support for Salesforce and CDP platforms.
  • Monitor platform health, data feeds, workflows, incidents, and production issues while driving timely resolution.
  • Manage business requests, defects, enhancements, and data issues through ServiceNow and Jira.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify needs, analyze root causes, and define functional requirements and solutions.
  • Serve as a Salesforce and CDP subject matter expert across client, account, contact, marketing, territory, and data quality functions.
  • Lead requirements gathering, workshops, process analysis, and collaboration with Product, Development, QA, and support teams.
  • Support release and change management, including testing, deployment readiness, approvals, and post-production validation.
  • Drive data quality, governance, reporting, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Provide executive-ready updates and build strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Client Relations, Investor Services, and Technology.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Production Management, CRM Technology, or Application Support.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce or enterprise CRM platforms.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Python, or other data analysis tools.
  • Strong experience with incident management, root cause analysis, data quality, and production support.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial Services or Asset Management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of client, account, sales, marketing, or distribution platforms is a plus.
