Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager to translate sales enablement strategy into clear functional requirements, data definitions, prioritized backlogs, and delivery plans. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, design, architecture, data, and engineering teams to drive product decisions and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and experience vision into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, release plans, PI planning, and delivery increments.
• Define functional data requirements and support the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud data model, including entities, relationships, hierarchies, entitlements, and data quality.
• Partner with business and data teams on signal taxonomy, prioritization, and freshness requirements.
• Collaborate with design and experience teams to validate functional assumptions through prototyping and representative data.
• Bridge business, architecture, data, design, and engineering teams to resolve dependencies and drive decisions.
• Define measurable outcomes across adoption, productivity, quality, and business value.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management or Functional Product experience, preferably within Asset or Wealth Management.
• Strong understanding of asset management distribution, sales enablement, lead management, client 360, account hierarchies, engagement, pipeline, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Strong understanding of functional/logical data modeling, MDM, data quality, lineage, and entitlements.
• Experience translating business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe delivery models, including PI planning and functional acceptance.
• Strong ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, architects, designers, data teams, and engineering partners.

Preferred

• Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360 and Agentforce experience.
• Exposure to AI-enabled or agentic solutions in financial services.
• Experience with headless/composable architectures and reusable services.
