Pediatric Physical Therapist
About this role
Employer-provided description, formatted for easier reading.
New Moon Therapy Services LLC is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing pediatric practice.
**Care where children live, learn, and play**
Our therapists provide one\-on\-one services in homes, daycare centers, and familiar community settings. Our primary focus is early intervention for children from birth to age three, with additional opportunities to work with older children.
Working in these environments allows therapists to connect therapy with children’s daily routines and collaborate with families to support meaningful progress.
**Independence with a supportive team**
At New Moon, you have the freedom to manage your schedule and make individualized treatment decisions, along with access to clinical support and mentorship. We welcome both experienced pediatric therapists and clinicians interested in developing their pediatric skills.
Our team incorporates advanced approaches such as Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI), TASES, NISE\-Stim, and TMR Tots. Prior training in these approaches is not required. We offer pediatric mentorship, continuing education support, and financial assistance for approved training opportunities.
**An established starting point for your caseload**
A partial existing caseload is available, and we receive consistent new referrals. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your schedule without having to build it entirely from scratch.
**Build a role that works for you**
- Set your availability and choose your preferred service areas.
- Start with a partial caseload and add referrals as your schedule allows.
- Provide individualized, one\-on\-one pediatric treatment.
- Exercise clinical independence with mentorship and support available.
- Expand your skills through professional development opportunities.
**Position overview**
- 1099 independent contractor position
- Compensation based on direct treatment hours
- Community\-based visits throughout the Charleston Tri\-County area
- Flexible hours and geographic coverage
**What we’re looking for**
- A South Carolina Physical Therapist license
- Reliable transportation for community visits
- Strong communication, organization, and time\-management skills
- An interest in pediatric care and collaboration with families
- Pediatric experience is welcome but not required
If you’re looking for flexibility, meaningful work, and connection with a supportive pediatric team, we’d love to hear from you.
