Position Overview

New Image Day & Med Spa is seeking a creative, reliable, and motivated Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist with a passion for the beauty, aesthetics, and wellness industry.

We're looking for someone who can consistently create engaging, educational, and visually appealing content that showcases our services, highlights our talented providers, and encourages clients to book appointments.

This is a hands-on role requiring regular on-site content creation, independent planning, and consistent execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Film and edit Reels, TikToks, educational videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Maintain a consistent weekly posting schedule and content calendar.
• Educate followers about skincare, massage, nail services, spa treatments, products, and aftercare.
• Collaborate with service providers to create treatment demonstrations, educational videos, and staff spotlights.
• Promote weekly specials, seasonal campaigns, and new services.
• Write engaging captions and calls to action that encourage appointment bookings.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos throughout the spa.
• Monitor engagement and track social media performance.
• Independently develop creative ideas to increase brand awareness and client engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Experience creating content for business social media accounts.
• Knowledge of the beauty, skincare, aesthetics, or wellness industry.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
• Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work on-site.

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician, cosmetologist, or other beauty/wellness professional.
• Previous experience creating content for a spa, salon, or aesthetics business.
• Experience developing educational content and social media campaigns.
• Understanding of social media analytics and marketing strategies.

Compensation & Growth

• Starting pay: $14/hour
