Neurosuite is an established neurorehabilitation practice hiring Occupational Therapists for part-time, and full-time roles across our full service line, not just one setting.

• Fairfax County, VA

Spanish or Amharic speaking is a nice-to-have plus, though not required.

Our Service Lines

• Mobile Outpatient Neuro Rehab — delivered directly in clients' communities, all coverage areas
• In-Person Neuro Rehab — at our brick-and-mortar clinic, Rockville, MD only
• Seating and Mobility Evaluations — training provided, no experience necessary, all coverage areas
• Environmental Assessments — fall risk, accessibility barriers, adaptive equipment needs, Baltimore Region only
• Work Capacity Services — FCEs, POET (post-offer employment testing), and ergonomic assessments, Rockville, MD, beginning Fall 2026
• Home Health OT — evaluations and treatment visits in clients' homes, no OASIS reporting required in Montgomery County and Prince George's County

Pay

• Evaluations: $68–$75, commensurate with experience
• Treatments: $65–$70 per visit, commensurate with experience
• Environmental Assessments: $100

What We're Looking For

• Licensed OT in DC, MD, and/or VA
• Experience with the neurological population required
• Experience with orthopedic, cardiovascular, or general rehab populations a plus
• Comfortable working independently across settings
• Reliable transportation within your area of coverage
• Ethical, adaptable, and eager to keep learning
• A genuine passion for compassionate care
