Brand & Graphic Designer

Full-time · Monday–Friday · In-office in Downtown Columbus, Mississippi

neonFROG is a boutique marketing agency in downtown Columbus. We’re looking for a designer who enjoys creating brands and bringing them to life across print and digital. One day you might be developing a logo and brand guide.

The next you might be designing an ad, preparing signage for production, or updating a brochure for a longtime client.

You’ll work directly with clients and our team, and you’ll take projects from the first conversation through revisions, approval, and final delivery.

What you’ll do

• Create logos, visual identities, and brand guidelines.
• Design brochures, ads, signage, social graphics, and other client materials.
• Present your work, explain your design choices, and work through feedback with clients and teammates.
• Keep track of deadlines, revisions, and approvals across several projects.
• Prepare files for print and work with vendors on specs and proofs.
• Check your work for layout and copy errors before it goes out, and keep source files organized so the team can find them.

What we’re looking for

• A portfolio that shows strong branding, typography, and layout across print and digital.
• Experience carrying design projects from the initial brief through final delivery.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Experience preparing files for print and reviewing proofs.
• Someone who communicates clearly, follows through, and speaks up early when a project needs a decision.

Original illustration is a plus.
