Position Summary

TheProjectManager,ProductDevelopmentisresponsibleforleadingcross-functionaloncology diagnostics product programs from concept through commercialization. This rolepartners withR&D, assay development, bioinformatics, software, clinical affairs, regulatory affairs, quality, operations, and commercial teams to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.

Experience, Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’sdegreerequiredinLifeSciences,MolecularBiology,Biotechnology,Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, Business, or a related field 5+years’experienceinprojectmanagementrelatedrolesrequiredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experienceleadingproductdevelopment,diagnostics,biotechnology,medicaldevice, healthcare, or pharmaceutical projects is highly desirable Demonstratedsuccessmanagingcomplexcross-functionalproductprograms Strongunderstandingofstage-gateproductdevelopmentandnewproductintroductionprocesses Experienceworkingwithinregulatedhealthcare,diagnostics,biotech,ormedicaldeviceenvironments Abilitytomanagetechnicalandbusinessstakeholdersacrossmatrixedorganizations Strongprojectplanning,budget,resourcemanagement,riskmanagement,and communication skills Experiencecreatingexecutivepresentations,dashboards,andportfolioreports Knowledgeofoncologydiagnostics,moleculartesting,NGS,clinicalvalidation,or related product development frameworks preferred
