About this role
SUMMARY ===========
Nékter Juice Bar is looking for a driven, self-starting Local Marketing Coordinator to be the engine behind our franchise marketing. You'll be the go-to partner for our franchisees, turning national campaigns into great-looking local marketing for 200+ stores, in print and digital.
Your biggest job: owning our print kits from start to finish. When a new promotion or seasonal launch drops, you'll help create the content, manage the files, work with our printer, track every deadline, and make sure each store has its kit on time and ready to go. If you love checking things off a timeline, keeping vendors on track, and seeing your work show up in stores across the country, this role is for you.
Nékter is a nationally recognized, fast-growing wellness brand. We value a work hard, play hard culture and are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a passion for healthy living!
RESPONSIBILITIES ====================
Local Store Marketing & Franchise
Support
- Partner with franchisees to create local store marketing assets, both print and digital, including flyers, posters, social graphics and community event materials.
- Help franchisees build local offers, creative and in-store merchandising that drive traffic and follow brand guidelines.
- Support new store openings with grand opening marketing materials and timelines.
- Gather feedback from franchisees to keep improving our marketing materials, portals and processes.
Print Kit & Production Management
- Own the full life cycle of every print kit, from final files to in-store delivery, for seasonal promotions, LTOs, product launches and new store openings.
- Build and manage production timelines, tracking every milestone from file handoff and proofing to print, kitting, shipping and delivery.
- Prepare, organize and version print-ready files, making sure sizes, quantities and store-specific versions are correct before anything goes to print.
- Serve as the main point of contact with our print vendor: review proofs for accuracy and brand standards, confirm quantities and costs, and hold the vendor to quality and on-time delivery.
- Communicate kit contents, arrival dates and install timelines to franchisees so every store is ready on launch day.
- Follow up after each rollout to resolve missing or damaged items and capture lessons learned for the next kit.
Portal & Inventory Management
- Manage the print portal, keeping items, pricing and inventory current and reordering stock before it runs out.
- Manage the uniform portal, including item setup, inventory, orders and franchisee questions.
- Manage the local marketing portal so franchisees can easily find and customize approved templates and assets.
Digital Advertising
Support
- Work with our digital advertising agency to monitor local campaign performance and share results with franchisees and the marketing team.
- Create and deliver ad assets for the agency, making sure copy and creative are accurate and on brand.
Other
- Keep project status up to date and juggle multiple rollouts at once without missing a deadline.
- Bring new ideas to make our local marketing and production processes faster and easier.
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU’RE:
- A driven self-starter: You take ownership, spot what needs to happen next and do it without waiting to be asked.
- A timeline keeper: Deadlines, proofs and ship dates don't scare you. You love a good tracker and the feeling of everything landing on time.
- Detail obsessed: You catch the wrong size, the missing version or the typo before it goes to print.
- A natural partner: You enjoy helping franchisees succeed and building strong relationships with vendors and agencies.
- Wickedly resourceful: When something goes sideways, you find a fix fast.
- Wellness minded: You love all things health and wellness and want to share a healthy lifestyle with guests nationwide!
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a franchise, restaurant or multi-location retail setting.
- Hands-on experience managing print kits or POP (point-of-purchase) programs, including working directly with print vendors on proofs, production and delivery.
- Proven ability to build and manage project timelines and juggle multiple rollouts with short deadlines.
- Working knowledge of print production basics: file prep, sizing, proofing, paper and finishes.
- Experience with online ordering or marketing portals and inventory tracking.
- Comfort with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or Canva for creating and editing assets.
- Familiarity with digital advertising and reading basic campaign performance reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organization.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support franchisees and store openings.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
