Role Description
The Enterprise Product Manager will own the lifecycle of AI cloud products for large enterprise customers, from discovery and requirements gathering through launch and ongoing optimization.
This full-time, on-site role in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area includes partnering closely with sales, customer success, engineering, and design to understand enterprise needs and translate them into clear product roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.
Day-to-day responsibilities involve defining product strategy, specifying features, leading cross-functional initiatives, and monitoring product performance and customer satisfaction. The person in this role will analyze market trends, competitive offerings, and customer feedback to refine product positioning and pricing, while ensuring that Nebius solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
The Enterprise Product Manager will also prepare product documentation, support key customer engagements, and contribute to go-to-market plans for new capabilities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in product management for B2B or enterprise software, preferably in cloud, AI/ML, or infrastructure platforms.
- Strong skills in market and customer research, product discovery, and translating business requirements into clear product specifications and roadmaps.
- Ability to work closely with engineering and design teams, using data-driven decision-making, backlog prioritization, and iterative product development practices.
- Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success to support go-to-market activities, product launches, and enterprise customer engagements.
- Comfort with AI/ML concepts, cloud architectures, security, and performance optimization, with the ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on structured problem-solving and clear documentation.
- Track record of working on-site in cross-functional environments and engaging directly with customers or partners to gather feedback and drive adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise procurement processes, compliance requirements, and long-term account growth strategies is beneficial.
