Registered Nurse - Post Anesthesia

Join a rewarding opportunity as a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurse in Cumming, Georgia. This travel position offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule with 8-hour day shifts, ensuring 40 guaranteed hours per week. Located at a prominent surgery center, this role involves providing exceptional post-operative care to patients recovering from various surgical procedures, including GYN, plastics, and prostate biopsies.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of PACU experience and hold certifications in AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Key responsibilities include monitoring patients' vital signs, managing pain, and ensuring a smooth recovery process.

This position requires flexibility during the holiday season, with an expectation to work two major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s Day) and one minor holiday (such as Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve).
