Registered Nurse MS/Tele

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Med Surg/Telemetry RN for a travel contract in Rochester, New York. This role involves 12-hour night shifts with guaranteed 36 hours per week. The position starts on November 23, 2026, and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for managing a variety of patient diagnoses, including cardiac, pulmonary, pain, GI, infections, and unmanaged diabetes. Key responsibilities include interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, rapid response team utilization, and peripheral line care. Special equipment you may operate includes bladder scanners, EKG machines, and tele monitoring systems.

The role requires strong skills in non-invasive airway management and isolation precautions. Candidates must have a valid BLS certification and at least one year of experience. Familiarity with the Epic charting system is preferred.

Weekend shifts are required every other weekend, and floating to like units may be necessary to meet facility needs. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your nursing skills while working in a supportive and professional environment.
