Full-Time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

• $80,000–$110,000 in annual earning potential.

What you’ll do

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, including wound care, IV therapy, and disease management.
• Teach patients and caregivers how to manage medications, recognize changes in symptoms, and follow their care plans.
• Coordinate with the care team and document visits and patient progress.

What you’ll bring

• An active Virginia RN license and at least one year of nursing experience in home health, medical-surgical nursing, emergency care, or a skilled nursing facility. Home health experience is a plus.
• Experience with IVs, wound care, and disease management.
• The ability to work independently and communicate clearly with patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for patient visits and required meetings.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, day shift, with rotating weekend on-call coverage.
