Physical Therapist – Full-Time

National Home Healthcare is growing, and we're looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our home health team in the Fairfax County area (Arlington / Alexandria / Fairfax). You'll provide one-on-one physical therapy in patients' homes — evaluations, personalized treatment plans, and hands-on care that helps people stay safe and independent at home — with a supportive clinical team behind you.

What you'll do: - Evaluate patients in their homes and develop individualized plans of care - Provide skilled PT visits, document in our EMR, and coordinate with RNs, OTs, and other team members - Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and mobility What we're looking for: - Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program - Active Virginia Physical Therapist license - Home health experience preferred, but not required - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits - Strong communication and documentation skills What we offer: - Full-time, immediate opening - $95,000–$115,000 per year OR competitive pay per visit rates + benefits - Real one-on-one time with patients, local territory, supportive team National Home Healthcare — Fairfax, VA | 703-787-3060
