Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives. In this role, you will drive project success by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project scope, schedule, and resources, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions that align with organizational goals.

Duties

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring adherence to SDLC standards and PMBOK best practices
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules to track progress, milestones, and dependencies
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear deliverables through requirements gathering sessions and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Manage project risks proactively by conducting analysis, developing mitigation strategies, and overseeing disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity
  • Oversee software development lifecycle activities including software implementation, release management, test case creation, and test-driven development practices
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of enterprise solutions
  • Monitor project performance using project management tools for process mapping and documentation while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT project management with background in software development, enterprise solutions implementation, and IT infrastructure projects
  • Demonstrated skills in technical project & program management roles with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
  • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall is a plus
  • Proficiency in project management tools; strong organizational skills for project scheduling and resource allocation
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement; adept at requirements gathering, negotiation, risk management, and team leadership
  • Strong analysis skills coupled with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining focus on deliverables within scope and timeline constraints
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are highly desirable

Pay: $35. 00 - $40. 00 per hour

Expected hours: 20. 0 – 40. 0 per week
