About Us:

We are a growing wholesale distributor of authentic Japanese food products based in Hayward, CA. We supply high-quality Japanese food, ingredients, and restaurant supplies to local businesses. We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and self-motivated Sales Representative who has a genuine passion for Japanese food and culture to join our sales team!

Responsibilities:

• Visit local restaurants, supermarkets, and food service businesses to introduce, promote, and sell our products.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and actively prospect new potential clients.
• Process customer orders, coordinate delivery schedules, and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Take proactive initiative to identify new sales opportunities and solve problems independently.

Qualifications:

• Language Requirements:
• English: Professional / Fluent proficiency required.
• Plus: Business-level proficiency in Japanese, Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), or Korean is highly preferred.
• Strong passion for Japanese food, culture, and dining!
• Self-starter mindset with high motivation, energy, and a desire to succeed in B2B sales.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle for visiting client locations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• (Preferred) Previous experience in restaurant operations, food service wholesale, or sales is a plus, but motivated beginners are welcome!
