Join our clinical team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and deliver thoughtful, evidence-informed care across patient needs and care settings. You’ll assess patients, guide treatment, document care, and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Your impact

Duties

• Conduct patient assessments, physical examinations, diagnostic evaluations, and triage; review vital signs and medical records.
• Occupational Health
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems; and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements and infection-control practices.
• Coordinate referrals, case management, discharge planning, and follow-up across outpatient, inpatient, urgent, or post-acute care.

Experience

• Required: Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant credentials and authorization to practice under applicable state requirements; ability to collaborate under relevant practice agreements.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, patient care, medication administration, and clinical documentation.
• Preferred experience may include primary care, internal medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, emergency medicine, hospital or critical care, medical-surgical, occupational health, behavioral health, gastroenterology, dialysis, hospice and palliative medicine, or senior care.
• Familiarity with Epic, Athenahealth, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, or other EMR/EHR systems; ICD-10, ICD-9, CPT coding, and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) regulations.
• Additional relevant experience may include telehealth, clinical research, assisted living, nursing homes, home care, memory care, trauma centers, IV infusion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin, esthetic lasers, sonography, or care for children and people with disabilities.

Pay: $69,100.00 per year
