- Independently conduct thorough, objective, and well-documented workplace investigations involving employee complaints, misconduct, policy violations, and other sensitive matters.
- Gather witness statements, review evidence, conduct interviews, and provide findings and recommendations.
- Guide campus leadership through employee relations concerns, performance management, progressive discipline, and separations.
- Ensure consistent and fair application of company policies and employment practices.
HR Compliance, Standards & Regulatory Readiness
- Monitor and maintain compliance with company HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.

- Support compliance with applicable federal and Texas employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, wage and hour requirements, and other employment regulations.
- Promote consistent HR standards and accountability across all campuses.

- Build strong working relationships with Executive Directors, Wellness Directors, Administrative Assistants, and other campus leaders.
- Evaluate HR practices, identify areas of concern, and provide practical solutions.
- Follow up on HR compliance, employee relations matters, onboarding practices, and leadership accountability.
- Serve as a visible, approachable HR partner for campus leadership and team members.
Leadership Training & Development
- Train and coach new campus leaders on Mustang Creek Estates HR policies, procedures, and expectations.
- Provide hands-on training in employee relations, performance management, documentation, investigations, attendance, corrective actions, and terminations.
- Ensure campus leadership understands and consistently follows company HR standards.

- Occasionally facilitate new hire orientation and HR training sessions at campus locations.
- Identify opportunities to improve the new hire experience, early retention, and onboarding effectiveness.
