Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Pay: $40,000–$55,000 per year

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Insurance Agent / Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, provide expert insurance guidance, and ensure each customer receives the coverage that best fits their needs. This position blends sales, service, and account management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping people protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for new and existing clients.
• Build trust through consistent communication, follow‑through, and personalized service.
• Provide guidance on policy options, billing questions, coverage needs, and claims support.
• Prepare quotes, process new applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management system.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented office environment.

Qualifications

• Approachable, professional, and confident when interacting with clients.
• Property & Casualty insurance license – Employer‑paid training and licensing provided.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel) and multi‑line phone systems.
• Organized, dependable, and effective at multitasking.
• Skilled at critical thinking and resolving challenges efficiently.
