Role Description
The Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, OH. This position is responsible for creating visual assets for digital and print media, including marketing materials, UI elements, social media graphics, and e-learning content.
Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product, marketing, and development teams to understand requirements, conceptualize design ideas, and translate them into high-quality visuals. The Graphic Designer will prepare layouts, refine existing designs, ensure brand consistency across all channels, and deliver production-ready files.
The role also involves working with feedback from stakeholders, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced technology and education solutions environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent design software).
- Experience creating digital assets such as web banners, UI graphics, social media creatives, and mobile app visuals.
- Ability to design for print, including brochures, flyers, OMR-related materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual storytelling.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, interpreting briefs, and presenting design concepts clearly.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with e-learning, IT solutions, or EdTech environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across digital and print formats.
- Effective communication skills and willingness to learn new tools and design trends.
