Star City Music and Mouthpiece Express have been serving musicians, schools, and customers

around the world for more than 30 years. We're looking for an organized, motivated professional who

enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This position combines office management, accounting, customer service, and e-commerce

operations in one of the most unique music businesses around.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations
• Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Handle payroll and related administrative duties
• Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks
• Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and online
• Work closely with our team to keep daily operations running smoothly
• Assist with eBay, Amazon, Shopify, and other online marketplace operations
• Help manage online product listings, inventory, and order processing
• Learn and utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and customer service
• Support special projects and help improve business processes

Qualifications

Required

• Excellent people and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work

Preferred

• Payroll experience
• Office management experience
• Experience with Shopify, eBay, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar software
• Musical instrument knowledge or experience in music retail (a plus but not required) Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience
