Senior Visual Designer

Our client,

the creators of a personal finance platform

, is actively hiring a

Design Systems Consultant

to join their team and help

build the platform's AI-assisted creative tools.

This is a

hybrid role and will be on-site 3x a week in Oakland, CA!

*This is a 5-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!*

In this role, you will be the

primary technical builder behind their emerging AI-assisted creative workflow

. You

will test and refine the AI-assisted skillsa nd agents in development while maintaining the component architecture these skills depend on.

You will be partnering closely with Design Leadership, Brand, and AI Engineering to translate system requirements into scalable Figma infrastrucutre.

Responsibilities:

• Run the testing loop on AI-assisted creative skills in development, debugging, and refining each one until it is ready for production
• Build out the

email template system already underway and extend the AI-ready standard to other marketing channels

• Document component usage and system conventions so the libraries remain usable and consistent as others build on top of them

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in design systems
• Proficiency with

Figma

• Experience developing AI-assisted creative skills, agents, and workflows
