Job Description

A fast-growing technology company building AI-powered solutions for the enterprise travel industry is looking for a Product Manager to help shape the next generation of corporate travel experiences. This team is using AI to modernize how businesses manage travel, bringing automation and intelligent workflows into an industry that remains highly complex and operationally intensive.

As a Product Manager, you'll play a highly consultative and customer-facing role, working directly with enterprise customers to understand their travel programs, workflows, pain points, and operational constraints. You'll lead discovery sessions, workshops, pilots, and product discussions, translating complex customer needs into scalable product solutions.

You'll own features from discovery through launch and iteration while partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and company leadership.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving environment where you'll have significant ownership and direct exposure to customers and senior stakeholders. You'll help evaluate emerging AI capabilities and turn them into practical product experiences that improve everyday enterprise travel workflows.

The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment and analytical skills with excellent communication, a consultative mindset, and genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technology.

This is a hybrid position based in New York City, with candidates expected to work from the office regularly. The role is best suited for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, enjoys working closely with customers, and wants to help build zero-to-one products at the intersection of AI, enterprise software, and travel.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience, including meaningful experience in Product Management
  • Experience working in a startup or similarly fast-moving, high-ownership environment
  • Strong academic record, ideally from a top-tier university
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Consultative approach with the ability to understand complex customer workflows and translate them into product opportunities
  • Strong product judgment and analytical skills
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Design teams to make product and technical tradeoffs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Genuine interest in AI, emerging technology, and frontier technologies
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, changing priorities, and evolving product requirements
  • Ability to balance customer needs, platform scalability, and commercial priorities

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience building zero-to-one products in AI, enterprise software, or other technically complex categories
  • Experience leading customer discovery sessions, workshops, pilots, and implementation planning
  • Exposure to travel, payments, marketplaces, or workflow software
  • Experience working directly with founders or senior executives
  • Experience evaluating emerging AI capabilities and translating them into practical product experiences
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software workflows and customer adoption
  • Experience using product data and customer feedback to improve adoption, reliability, and user experience

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

  • Work directly with enterprise customers to understand workflows, pain points, operating constraints, and opportunities for AI-driven automation
  • Lead discovery sessions, customer workshops, pilots, implementation planning, and product reviews
  • Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and a prioritized roadmap
  • Balance customer value, platform scalability, and commercial priorities when making product decisions
  • Own product features from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to define scope, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive execution
  • Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities to incorporate them into enterprise travel workflows
  • Define product success metrics and monitor adoption, reliability, and user experience
  • Use customer feedback and product data to continuously improve the product
  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, and tradeoffs to customers, engineers, designers, and senior leadership
  • Help shape the company's approach to building scalable AI-powered enterprise products

The Offer

You Will Receive The Following

  • Full-Time Position
  • Hybrid work environment in New York City
  • Opportunity to work directly with enterprise customers and senior leadership
  • High-ownership role with significant influence over product strategy and execution
  • Opportunity to build AI-powered products from the ground up
  • Exposure to emerging AI technologies and enterprise travel workflows
  • Collaborative environment spanning Product, Engineering, Design, and company leadership

Candidates must be based in New York City and able to work from the office regularly.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
