You will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized Physical Therapy programs to improve mobility, strength, and overall function, while promoting a safe and healing environment.

**Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement individualized Physical Therapy programs to address resident needs and goals
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
- Provide one\-on\-one Physical Therapy sessions, as well as group therapy sessions as needed
- Develop and implement progressive exercise programs to promote resident mobility and strength
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident progress and treatment plans
