Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

Winter Park, FL | Full-Time W-2 + Benefits | $39-$42/hour

More Than Speech is growing! We’re looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our therapist-owned speech and occupational therapy clinic in Winter Park.

We’re seeking someone who enjoys working with children and families, brings creativity to treatment, and values working alongside other therapists. Our team supports children with developmental, sensory, motor, feeding, and self-care needs through individualized, family-centered care.

Our administrative team helps support your schedule so you can focus on helping children and their families.

Compensation & Benefits

$39-$42/hour, with your years of experience and relevant certifications considered when determining your starting rate.

This is an hourly W-2 position that pays for both direct clinical services and administrative work. Our schedule model allocates 75% of work time to billable clinical services and 25% to documentation, evaluation reports, caregiver communication, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and re-evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
  • Provide therapy addressing fine motor skills, visual motor integration, sensory processing, emotional regulation, self-care, executive functioning, and attention
  • Provide feeding therapy as appropriate to training and experience
  • Offer practical caregiver education to support progress at home
  • Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation

Qualifications

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current Florida Occupational Therapist license and OTR certification
  • Pediatric experience required
  • Feeding therapy experience or interest preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork
  • Openness to feedback and continued learning
  • Compassionate, family-centered approach to care

Start Date
