Key Responsibilities

• Design creative and visually appealing cosmetic packaging, product labels, and marketing materials.
• Develop graphics and visual assets for new product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal collections.
• Design retail displays, promotional signage, and in-store marketing materials.
• Utilize AI-powered creative tools to generate innovative visuals and enhance design projects.
• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to maintain consistent brand identity.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and production files while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• *Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.*
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
• Experience using AI image generation and creative design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and branding.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, especially in beauty, fashion, and social media.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
